Holy Headwinds Batman!
Legs felt really good today. Rode a really quick ride down West towards the W&OD, but caught the light, got stuck at the crosswalk... And fell due to toe clip overlap. Nothing makes you feel stupider than falling on the sidewalk on Route 7 with full rush hour traffic as an audience. Rode down to Phoenix Bikes, and came back the Four Mile Run trail. Really got at it on Glencaryn Sidepath, and grabbed a 7th overall on Strava. The rest of the way home was into a really really stiff headwind, which made it not very fun.Leave a comment
