Pea Soup
Weather forcast was for a little chilling fog, lifting around noon with a warming trend towards the end of the day. Wrong! Fog was thick and condensing on any solid surface. Had to constantly wipe my glasses at every stop. Due to my emergency bike handling skills class given to me by the Holmes Run park trail, there was no bombing down hills. Though we were given the option (which I took) to bypass the Custis trail and go on the Bluemont trail thru Arlington. Always looking to learn about other ways to get places! When we got around through Rosslyn (harrowing skidding to be had on the sidewalks), the Potomac was there, and so were geese and bridges, but I had to believe in them first before they would appear.
